W Training & Services refers to its patrons, customers, clients, or guests, individually or collectively, as Winner(s).
W Training & Services strives to make its facilities a haven for the entire family – young or old, man or woman.
The winners must adhere to the property rules.
All winners and staff must remain sober while accessing our facilities. We will not serve anyone suspected of being under the influence.
Alcohol
No one may possess or consume in an open container any alcoholic beverages within our premises.
Drugs
No one may possess or consume illegal drugs or intoxicants within our premises.
Smoking
Smoking or other use of tobacco is prohibited within the facility, including the use of electronic cigarettes or other forms of vaping.
Weapons
No weapon is allowed within our facilities without express consent from a company representative.
Animals
No animals are allowed in the facility, except those assisting people with disabilities.
Skates, Skateboards, and Bicycles
The use of skateboards, roller or inline skates, hoverboards, scooters, and bicycles is prohibited within the building.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available in front of the building with additional parking on the rear.
W Training & Services is not responsible for theft or damage. Never leave valuable personal property (e.g., phones, purses, keys) in the vehicles. Remove all valuables from sight and always lock all doors. Lock doors immediately upon entering the vehicle, even if just parked for a short time.
Security
For everyone's safety, the general area is under video surveillance. Winners are being recorded and monitored in the general areas as they access the facility.
Access
Registration and photo ID verification are required for anyone over the age of 13 years.
A registered guardian must always accompany anyone under 13.
The facility is wheelchair accessible. Call 833-835-3355 if you need assistance.
Children
Anyone under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by a responsible guardian aged 13 or older when accessing our facilities.
Food and Drinks
Most snacks (e.g., Chips, nuts, and cookies), food, and drinks are permitted in the building. Food deliveries will be turned away at the entrance if no one is available to pick up.

Clothing/Attire
Clothing and shoes must be worn while in the facility. No swimwear, excessively ripped clothing, or offensive graphics.
Restroom
Keep the restroom door closed while using it. The restroom is fully equipped to accommodate the family (including infants).
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available on site for the winners. The company provides the wireless network service, and it is entirely at their discretion. Your access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason. You agree not to use the wireless network for any unlawful purpose and take full responsibility for your acts. The wireless network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Price Adjustments
W Training & Services adjusts the price for all services performed outside normal hours of operation, between 10 PM and 7 AM overnight.

Lost and Found
W Training & Services is not responsible for items left unattended in the building. Items may be held temporarily at the reception desk. Neither W Training & Services nor the staff is responsible for unattended, lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Disruptions
Disruption to the work, teaching, and learning of other winners is strongly prohibited. Examples include:
No harassment, discrimination, or bullying toward coworkers or winners. Harassment can include offensive jokes, unwanted touching, or discriminatory remarks, all of which are prohibited in professional workplaces. Respectful language and behavior required.
Destructive Behavior
Destroying or Damaging materials, equipment, software, or the facility
The following are examples of actions that are prohibited (this is not a comprehensive list)
Trespassing
Any aggressive behavior, verbal or physical abuse toward W Training & Services personnel or winners will result in immediate eviction from the facility.
Winners may not remain at the facility without the company representative's approval. People who are unwilling to abide by these policies will be asked to leave the facility. Those refusing to do so will be subject to removal by public safety. Violators will be reported to security and removed from the facility. Winners or third-party host(s) will be fined for violating any house rules during the visits. See the price book for the exact price.
W Training & Services is always looking for promotional partners to engage in direct sales. The Promotional Partnerships Program aims to create mutually beneficial relationships by expanding awareness of W Training & Services while rewarding individuals for successful winner referrals and sales performance.
The program is well-suited for individuals with a strong network or an outgoing spirit who want to promote Winners' products and services through direct sales activities while earning commission-based income.
Under this program, partners receive unique promotional or referral codes that can be shared with prospective winners via personal networks, social media, events, email campaigns, and direct outreach. When winners use these codes to purchase eligible products or services, the partner earns a commission based on completed sales. W Training & Services reserves the exclusive rights to determine which products and services are eligible.
Participants are expected to:
Commissions are calculated as 15% of actual earnings generated through the partner’s unique code or referral link. W Training & Services processes payments on Sundays for services rendered during the week starting Sunday and ending Saturday.
The promotional partners will have access to promotional materials and marketing support.
W Training & Services provides the Certified Winners Board as a professional platform for authorized business advertisements, company announcements, promotions, and approved customer-related content while maintaining a respectful and compliant environment.

Winners may request to be added to the Certified Winners Board. The Winners’ photographs, videos, or identifiable images may only be displayed with prior consent from the individual involved. For minors, consent must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian. Each winner may request the removal of their image or content at any time, and reasonable efforts will be made to comply promptly.
W Training & Services will only display images that represent individuals respectfully and professionally and align with company values and public image standards.
With VIP membership, winners can support the business through a monthly subscription.
VIP memberships are contingent upon payments. See the price book for the exact price.
W Training & Services will automatically collect membership dues and will not issue refunds for VIP membership payments.
The VIP membership comes with a single authorized user. Up to 12 additional users may be added to each VIP account for additional monthly fees. See the price book for pricing.
The VIP members will enjoy most of the winners' products and services at discounted prices.
Each account can have only one reservation at the VIP rate per user at a time.
VIP benefits may not be shared with non-VIP Winners.
W Training & Services provides a unique promotional code for each VIP user. Users may apply the code exclusively for their own benefit. W Training & Services may audit each usage of the VIP promotional code and require reconciliation before delivering services.
Purchases destined for groups using a VIP promotional code are subject to revisions. Everyone in the group must be VIP users. All non-VIP users will need to either purchase a VIP membership or pay the remaining balance of the regular price before receiving the service.
Immediate Family Waiver
W Training & Services has the discretion to reduce the additional VIP membership fee for
Student Waiver
W Training & Services cares about excellence within the community. W Training & Services may reduce VIP membership fees for students with good grades (minimum GPA of 3.5 per term).
Termination
Members can cancel at any time without any hurdles by mail, email, phone, or in person, and we will not process the next billing payment.
After 3 months of inactivity, W Training & Services will discontinue automatic billing for payments and membership.
Violation of any of these rules is grounds for revocation of VIP privileges and suspension from applying for VIP membership in the future.
Students must arrive on time, preferably 15 minutes early. After a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled time, students will not be admitted to the class.
Please bring a pen and paper for note-taking, as computers, phones, or tablets are not permitted during testing. There will be an open-note exam for some classes.
Winners may cancel their class reservation up to 24 hours before the start time and will receive a full refund of the reservation price. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the start time are not refundable.
Classes may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 1 hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you need to reschedule a class after the window or retake it, call 833-835-3355 to get an exclusive code for a discount on the class price.
No calls or no-shows to a scheduled class: you will have 48 hours to reschedule, or you will forfeit all potential discounts.
AHA Courses
Each exam consists of multiple-choice questions. A score of 85% or higher is required to pass.
If a student does not pass, remediation is required. The remediation fee is 12.5 % of the class price.
E-cards or certifications are sent within 48 hours of the class's completion.
Your e-card will be sent via email from AHA. If you do not see the notification in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also get a text message.
Make sure that your name is spelled correctly on your e-card information. If there is a misspelling or incorrect information, please do not claim the card and contact 833-835-3355 for corrections. If you claim your e-card incorrectly, a replacement fee will apply. The correction of e-cards costs 12.5% of the class price.

We are committed to delivering exceptional services with transparency and reliability.
All sales are considered final after 7 calendar days from delivery or pickup.
Winners must inspect products upon receipt and notify us promptly of any concerns, defects, or discrepancies.
Returns or exchanges may be approved solely at our discretion and must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components in like-new condition.
Customized, special-order, clearance, and consumable items are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, delays, or failure to perform any rented or purchased equipment. Winners are responsible for verifying compatibility, operational requirements, and proper usage before operation.
W Training & Services welcomes renting spaces at its location, including meeting rooms. Additionally, W Training & Services has equipment for rent.
A valid photo ID is required to check out a space or equipment. The winner must present the ID at the registration desk. No exceptions.
The winner who checks out a space or equipment is responsible for its condition. Repair costs for any damage to the property, space, or equipment (beyond normal wear and tear) will be charged to the individual assigned to the reservation.
W Training & Services is not responsible for valuable items (e.g., cell phones, laptop computers, tablets) or any items left in the space (i.e., room) before, during, or after the rental period.
Rental periods begin on the scheduled delivery, pickup, or possession date and end upon return confirmation. Rented equipment always remains the sole property of our company. Winners assume full responsibility for the care, security, and proper operation of rented items during the rental period.
Extra Cleanup
Winners may elect to apply extra cleaning services to the space reservation. See the price book for pricing. Credit may be issued if the space is left in great condition.
Reconfiguration
Every room has a standard configuration. You are free to reconfigure within the allocated time for the reservations. However, the standard configuration is expected upon return.
Tardiness
Tardiness does not affect the end time of the reservations.
Cancellation
Winners may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the start time and will receive a full refund of the reservation price. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the start time are not refundable. Winners may also be eligible for free cancellation within 24 hours of confirmation.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule to the next available slot for free up to 24 hours in advance. Afterward, you will need to call 833-835-3355 to reschedule at a discounted rate. After 3 days without rescheduling, you will forfeit the entire price for the reservation.
Return
A late fee will be assessed if the space or equipment is not returned within 5 minutes of the reservation end time.
You are responsible for returning all rental property, space, or equipment in reasonably good condition. Equipment must be returned in the same condition provided, excluding normal approved wear. Any loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, or damage may result in repair, replacement, cleaning, downtime, or full replacement charges. Timely returns are essential to maintain scheduling and availability. Late returns may incur additional rental charges until all items are returned and inspected. Failure to return equipment may result in replacement charges.
You must return the room to standard configuration, as found, unless your reservation includes reconfiguration services. Otherwise, W Training & Services will apply the reconfiguration fee. See the price book for pricing.
Winners’ Circle Bundle
Winners’ Circle is the central place on site. It is available for rent as a bundle and may be used for event space. W Training & Services automatically adds the clean-up fees to reservations for the Winners’ Circle bundle. See the price book for pricing.
Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms are provided for working, teaching, and learning, either collaboratively or individually. The meeting rooms are equipped with a table/desk, chairs (occupancy: ~10 people), and a board & eraser. Additional materials (e.g., markers, pens) may be purchased. Moreover, audiovisual (A/V) equipment is available for rent. See the price book for pricing.
Only liquids in spill-proof containers will be allowed in the meeting rooms without a cleanup fee. Pizza, fries, hamburgers, sub sandwiches, and strongly scented foods are not permitted in the meeting rooms without a cleanup fee.
While discussion is permitted in the rooms, noise should not interfere with other winners' ability to function in the facility.
Use the meeting rooms at your discretion for test-taking. Earmuffs are available for rent to attenuate external noise, especially during test-taking.
W Training & Services reserves the right to enter the meeting rooms as necessary. The company representative may check the rooms for use and condition.
Please make sure the meeting room is closed and empty when you leave. Any materials not properly checked out will be removed.
Failure to follow these rules may result in the room being relinquished immediately.
